You have been infected by the fitness bug and finally want to do more for your body, become fitter and more active? Or you want to improve your performance so far? Then use the sports watch in conjunction with the app in all its variants:

Goal setting

For all sport cracks who like to train to the limit and beyond, or for those who need some pressure, a goal can be set per training session. This can be the distance covered, time spent or calories. So if you do sport to lose weight, you adjust the maximum calories; if you would like to get fitter, you set the time; and if you are training for a specific goal such as a half marathon, you set at least 21.09 kilometres. Once your training goal has been achieved, the vibration alarm of the ‘Activity’ fitness tracker releases you. But nothing replaces the feeling of intoxication when you add another 50 calories, 2 kilometres or 15 minutes. Take your fitness to a new level!

Training schedules

You are training for a half marathon or the next city run? The fitness watch and app act as a motivated coach at your side. In the training schedule, you can set whether you are starting the training as a beginner or at advanced level; how many days in the week you go jogging, for example; and on which days and at what time you want you start your training. Based on this data, your personal coach creates a unique, six-week training schedule. The next athletic challenge can come!

GPS tracking

Track the distance you have covered: That way, you see the exact route you have taken. Of course, the most important thing is that you also see how long you needed to cover a precise number of kilometres. Your goal: higher, faster, further. And in the sweat of your brow, you check simultaneously on the fitness bracelet and your smartphone whether you are on track to achieving your goal. GPS tracking works only if you carry your smartphone along with you; all other functions (time, steps, calories burned, etc.) can be transferred to your smartphone even after the training session.

Reminder to move

Just don’t rest too long! If you rest you rust – this is exactly why the fitness watch has a movement reminder feature. You may set when the watch is to remind you to move again. This is especially handy in the office, where making your workday more active is beneficial not only for fitness, but above all for the musculoskeletal system. Stretching, making calls standing up, or ignoring the lift and climbing the stairs – all help a great deal.

Calories burned

Increased fitness alone already ensures a feeling of exhilaration and a better physical condition. But if you also burn off calories through your fitness programme, it is a double success. The fitness watch shows this pleasant effect through the calories burned.

Heart rate monitoring

Whether during sport or in the stressful workday – it never hurts to monitor one’s heart. In sport, it helps not to overdo it (even though you may be ambitious), or to recognise any reserves that you can still exhaust. In everyday work, your heart rate measurement with the sports watch may indicate that it’s time to take deep breaths.

3D motion detection

With its precise 3D motion detection, the fitness tracker recognises exactly when you are really moving and when you are just turning over in your sleep or altering your sitting position, for example. Vertical moves such as climbing stairs or jumps are also captured. This guarantees an exact representation of your actual movements.

IPX7 rating

Mud, snow and rain will no longer work as an excuse for being a couch potato – if the watch can withstand it, then so too can you. Whether it’s a Tough Mudder run or Tough Hunter with the dog – throw yourself into the enjoyment of sport. This, of course, also applies to the daily jog in drizzle.

You can assign the measured values to the following operating modes:

The Daily mode accompanies you in everyday life – at work, when shopping, etc.; in doing so, it counts your steps and the calories burned. So it is the ideal mode for everyday fitness: climbing stairs, shopping on foot, collecting the children from nursery on foot – all increase your daily step count and thus your fitness.

Sleep mode monitors your different sleep phases, such as awake, light sleep, deep sleep and REM sleep. Using a chart, you can track at what time you were in the respective sleep phase. If you have an extended phase or many phases of deep sleep, you get up in the morning refreshed and rested. Before the activity tracker and app can evaluate the quality of your sleep, you must set your normal bedtime. Sleep mode then reminds you that it is time to go to bed.

You set the Sports mode when you begin your training session, whether it be walking, jogging, hiking, biking, inline skating, etc. The duration, steps, distance and calories are counted.

Being active requires you to get regular sleep. With the Nap mode, you can refuel your energy with a 10-minute nap and start again.

Even if you are in a state of flow in sport, you do not have to be cut off from the outside world. You are informed about calls, SMS, new posts, etc., via the message function. You can see the number and name of the caller if this number is stored in the phone book, or the WhatsApp name as well as a snippet of the message. You can set which message formats you wish to have displayed, so that you are not unnecessarily disturbed during training. You can choose from all notification apps that are on your smartphone.

Your training success stories are, of course, special to the outside world, and are definitely worth communicating through social media. Yeah – three kilometres more, juhuu – ten minutes faster, yippieh – the pizza is now worked off!
