‘Rainy’ weather station for meteorologists
It’s bucketing down again. But is it rain that is urgently needed, or already too much of a good thing? Whether you have a garden, patio or allotment – your plants will benefit if you closely monitor the weather. Our ‘Rainy’ weather station therefore lives up to its name: In addition to temperature, date and time, the amount of precipitation is displayed. This means you always know when you have to wrap yourself and your plants up well, or when to put them under an umbrella.

Wireless rain gauge: A close eye on rainfall
The wireless rain gauge offers many possibilities for monitoring the amount of precipitation. It can, of course, be used to ascertain the current amount of rain; but for all weather hobbyists, it is interesting to keep an eye on the rain in the longer term. You can display the precipitation amounts for the last 24 hours, the last week and the last month, as well as the amount of rain since putting the weather station into operation. Using a histogram that displays the data clearly, you can analyse precisely when it was too dry, too wet or just right. This is useful information for all gardening enthusiasts: It enables you to better adjust the plant species to the weather conditions, instead of getting annoyed, every year, about dried-out cucumbers or drowned tomatoes. And you always know when your plants can take a gulp from the watering can, or a shower from the garden hose.
Rain alarm: Informed in good time
In the case of heavy downpours, the garden turns into swampland or the basement fills with water, but often you can’t react fast enough to prevent damage. With our ‘Rainy’ wireless weather station, it’s not possible to avoid severe downpours; but thanks to its rain alarm, you can take protective measures in good time. For this purpose, you set a rainfall threshold on the weather station. If you do not make this setting, the alarm will activate when the amount of rain reaches 12.7 mm. When the alarm shrills, you know that it is time to cover the tomatoes and place sandbags in front of the basement door.
Thermometer for indoors and outdoors
Should you leave the plants outside despite impending night frosts, or would you like to indulge them in the warmth of the autumn sun? Do not leave your plants to chance. With the outdoor temperature display (-40°C to +60°C), you immediately know when it is better to bring your plants into the warmth, and when you should wear your warm scarf for gardening.
The indoor temperature display (-10°C to +50°C) tells you whether it too warm or too cold in your rooms. The temperature is an essential value in the bedroom in particular, to promote healthy sleep: Sleep is restful if the room temperature is between 16°C and 18°C. Before going to sleep, you can therefore ventilate your bedroom again for a boost of freshness, or heat it to a comfortable temperature.
The weather station runs on batteries
Our ‘Rainy’ weather station can be operated very easily with batteries, which are included in the delivery. This is very practical, as there is often a shortage of sockets in the home.
DCF radio-controlled clock: accurate to the second
Is your clock running fast or slow and no longer showing the correct time? Have you forgotten to change to summer time again? Time for our weather station with external sensor. It receives the time from the world’s most accurate clock – the atomic clock; the date is received via the DCF signal. So you no longer have to remember to change from summer to winter time – it happens automatically.

Design meets functionality
The subtle design of the anthracite weather station blends inconspicuously into every room. Data shown on its display is very easy to read; numbers and charts are generously sized. You can place the weather station on any window sill or chest of drawers using the base. Alternatively, there is a recess on the back that allows you to hang the weather station.
